Lotus Addiction and Recovery Center
I am a board-certified Nurse Practitioner specializing in addiction medicine, providing compassionate, confidential care for individuals ready to reclaim their lives. My practice offers a safe, judgment-free space where patients can access evidence-based treatment and build a foundation for lasting recovery.
We offer a safe, confidential space where you can begin your path to addiction recovery with clarity and care, from the comfort of home.
My practice is built around one thing: helping you build a stable, lasting foundation for recovery – with evidence-based medicine, no judgment, and care that fits your life.
We start with a full assessment of your history, health, and goals before building your treatment plan.
Everything you share is protected. Your privacy is taken seriously at every step.
Treatment isn't just medication. We build realistic, sustainable steps for your daily life.
Recovery looks different for everyone. Sessions are guided by your readiness, not a rigid timeline.
My clinical practice is centered on offering thoughtful, ethical, and personalized addiction recovery support, guided by respect, clarity, and professional care.
Recovery is not one-size-fits-all. As a Nurse Practitioner board-certified in addiction medicine, I combine FDA-approved medications with individualized care planning to treat the whole person – not just the substance. Every patient receives a personalized plan, regular check-ins, and a provider who genuinely listens.
“I was scared to ask for help and didn’t know where to start. From my very first appointment, Shivani made me feel safe and respected – not judged. The telehealth format made it easy to stay consistent, and the treatment plan she built for me actually worked with my life. I’m in a place I didn’t think was possible a year ago.”

I treat opioid use disorder (including heroin and prescription opioids), alcohol use disorder, and Hepatitis B infections. If you’re unsure whether your situation fits, reach out – I’m happy to talk through your options.
MAT combines FDA-approved medications -such as Suboxone (buprenorphine/naloxone) – with counseling and support to treat substance use disorders. It’s one of the most effective, evidence-based approaches available and significantly reduces the risk of relapse and overdose.
Your first visit is a comprehensive intake assessment. We’ll review your health history, current substance use, and treatment goals. From there, I’ll recommend a personalized plan – which may include medication, follow-up visits, and support resources.
Yes. All appointments are fully confidential and protected under HIPAA. Your privacy is a non-negotiable part of how I practice.
Appointments take place via a secure, HIPAA-compliant video platform. You can attend from home, your car, or anywhere private. Telehealth is available to patients across New Hampshire. In-person visits are also available for those who prefer them.
This depends on where you are in your recovery. Early treatment typically involves more frequent check-ins, which taper as you stabilize. We’ll build a schedule that works for your life and your progress.
